1 After-Sale service personal will arrange to install the products and debug the products by customer’s parametric demand after the check and accept of the product by the customer.
2 Tungson’s engineers will train customer’s technical personals to ensure they have ability to operate and to maintain the equipment by themselves.
3 Tungson’s engineers will stay at customer’s factory and provide technical supports to customers to keep manufacturing until customers can normally produce by themselves.
4 Customers’s equipment can directly connect to Tungson’s technical department to ask for remote technical support.
5 Tungson’s after-sale service personal will regularly investigate the circumstance of using the equipment by visiting customer’s factory or by telephone investigating.
6 Tungson’s after-sale service personal will irregularly provide the software updating service to customers.
